Join Me Tours is a brand of On Pro Travel Solutions S.A. On Pro Travel Solutions S.A., with its registered office at Cruz da Bota Lote 4 R/C A, Estrada de Alvor, 8500-521 Alvor, Portugal, is a DMC travel agency specialising in the organisation and management of tourism services in Portugal.
By using our services, the client agrees to the Terms and Conditions set out herein. These Terms apply to all bookings made through our website, by telephone or through other communication channels.
2. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions
On Pro Travel Solutions S.A. reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be published on our website, and it is the client’s responsibility to consult the most recent version regularly.

Through the Join Me Tours brand, On Pro Travel Solutions S.A. offers tourism activities, excursions, guided tours and leisure experiences in Portugal via its website.

All services are subject to availability. In exceptional circumstances, including operational unavailability, overbooking, communication failures with suppliers or booking system synchronisation errors, On Pro Travel Solutions S.A. reserves the right to offer an equivalent alternative or provide a full refund of any amounts paid, without any obligation to provide additional compensation.

18. Changes Requested by the Customer
A customer booked on an activity may not transfer their booking to another activity without the express consent of the Agency.
Where such a change is possible, additional charges and fees may apply.
Where applicable, once an activity has commenced, if changes to the contracted services are requested for reasons not attributable to the Agency, the prices of tourism services may differ from those originally published.
19. Force Majeure
On Pro Travel Solutions S.A. shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from extraordinary and unavoidable circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, fires, strikes, labour disputes, governmental actions, pandemics, travel restrictions, transport disruptions, armed conflicts or other events of force majeure.
20. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Portuguese law.
Any dispute arising in connection with the services provided shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Portimão, Portugal.
