On Pro Travel Solutions S.A. (hereinafter also referred to as the “Agency”) is a DMC (Destination Management Company) travel agency with its registered office at Cruz da Bota Lote 4 R/C A, Estrada de Alvor, 8500-521 Alvor, holder of corporate tax identification number 503935387.
As a travel agency, On Pro Travel Solutions S.A. collects, uses and discloses Personal Data in order to perform its activities, namely for the execution and management of bookings with its partners and for the provision of services to its clients. Within the scope of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (the “GDPR”), On Pro Travel Solutions S.A. is committed to protecting the privacy of personal data and undertakes to process and ensure the security of the Personal Data of clients, partners and other entities with whom it interacts in the course of its activities. The confidentiality and privacy of Personal Data will be protected in controlled environments.
