Where applicable, after the trip has commenced, if changes to the contracted services are requested for reasons not attributable to the Agency (e.g. extension of nights, flight changes), the prices of the tourism services may not correspond to those published in the brochure that gave rise to the booking.
17. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Portuguese law. Any dispute related to the services provided shall be submitted to the courts of the district of Portimão, Portugal, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
